Forget Option B. If your flight leaves at 11:00 am you need to be at the airport at 9:00 am since I think they still like you there two hours early for international flights. Okay, 2 hours may be overkill, but I'd go for a 90 minute window for sure.
You didn't divulge the economics of all of the options, but the limo airport shuttle may not be a bad idea. Predetermined fare (so yo don't have to worry about the meter running as you are stuck in traffic) and it sounds like less stress all around. If you are getting into the lounge, then yes, there is breakfast. And coffee.
If I can manage to do this right American/Quantas have a flight leaving a 2:00PM which would allow me to take the later shuttle, but right now Air NZ has the cheapest flight @ 11AM so if that fare is still in effect when I book I'll be going on the early shuttle. Otherwise it's what ever I can get on at a decent price.
On not asking the parents for a ride..several issues there... it's just easier for me to leave them the spare key and say "please pick up my car from Holiday Inn."
Also Angry, much thanks for the email with the exercises they helped loosen the hip... alot... seriously I never thought that thing could be so damn tight...hopefully in spring we can get together an you can pile drive me into the ground and in the process make me strong like bull or just get a laugh.
Only you could make a trip to the airport so complicated. Go for the cheapest one with the fewest connections that is least likely to punch you in the face.
I highly suggest resolving those issues and saving a few bucks. A direct ride from wolcott to jfk would be a huge benefit to you, and hopefully you recognize this.

So for my two cents...

Good luck with the decision!
Why don't you just ask your parents to drive you down?
I'm actually doing the CT limo thing...

And I second Angry's question.
Wait, just read your own comment... You haven't even booked your flight yet?! When's your flight?!?!?! Are we talking 2009 here?!
