April 27 Nutmeg State Half Marathon:1:37.09 7:24/ miles.
June 8: Eagleman 70.3 5:09.33 7th in Age group sadly no Kona this year.
June 14 Pat Griskus Olympic Tri. 2:36.19 still nothing from the raffle.
July 5 Patritot Triathlon: First Elite Race: 5:03.36, First in the swim baby.
July 9 22nd Annual Pat Griskus Sprint Triathlon: Bling for the first time in 5 years Bling glorious Bling! 27th overall, 3rd in AG 1:08.16
July 13 Ironman 70.3 Rhode Island:Mr. Consistancy 5:03.48 197th out of 1200 finishers 16th in AG.
September 21 Nutmegman the 2nd Annual Nutmeg State Half Iron: 2nd out of the swim and then the 3 most painful letters in the alphabet DNF
October 11 ING Hartford Marathon:3:26:44 a PR in the Marathon and almost 20min faster than what I seeded myself..a big thanks to the Cranky Pacer

8/26/2007 Park City Mossman: 2:18.11 Age Group Champ by 26 sec. Next Time I'll do it without the GI distress.
8/12/2007 Litchfield Hills Olympic Tri: 2:32.50 20th overall, 1st in Age Group. HEAT 2007 CT State Champions.
8/11/2007 Nutmeg Sprint Tri: Lake waramaug Part Deux: 1:05.35 9th overall 2nd in Age Group.
8/5/2007 Niantic Bay Sprint Tri: 1:13.29, 42nd overall,2nd in age group.
7/11/2007 Pat griskus Sprint Tri: 1:11.10 50th overall 4th in age group. i missed Medaling by 20 sec. but the guy who came in 3rd earned his bling.
7/1/2007 Patriot Half Iron: 5:22.14 107th overall out of 489 finishers 3rd in Age group. Best Bike Split ever!
6/22/2007 Lake Waramaug Sprint Tri : 1:07.53 37th overall 2nd in Age Group
